Munro, Leslie K. (1901-1974) Leslie Munro was a New Zealand government official and diplomat. He was Ambassador to the United States in 1952-8 and M.P. for the National Party in 1963. In 1957-8 he was president of U.N. General Assembly being a special representative to negotiate settlement of anti-Communist revolt in Hungary
