| 14. | Andrew H. Monroe was born on 24 Oct 1841 in Lawrence, Van Buren Co., Michigan, USA (son of Jay Randolph Monroe and Fanny Rawson); died in 1922. Notes:
Andrew was born on the family farm near Lawrence, Michigan.
Upon reaching the age of twenty-one, Andrew began to clear and cultivate tracts of farmland. After selling off some of his land to new settlers, he and his wife moved to South Haven, Michigan. He continued his farming until 1918, when he broke his hip.
