Died:
Ambrose died at 3 am. His disease commenced with dysentery in Jul 1849. When he recovered from that, he had a fever and ague with which he was afflicted occasionally until about a month before his death. The fever turned to dropsy which proved fatal. Ambrose and his brother, George, were both "beautiful and interesting boys".
