But Munroe Family History published by American Genealogical Research Institute lists Sarah Henry as the wife of another Jonas Munroe [4668]. (see Clan Munro files - Cones, Mona) One of the two refrences is in error. Another reference gives her name as Sarah Hennis.

    Abijah moved from Carlisle, Massachusetts to Washington, New Hampshire about 1810 or 1811. He settled in the east part of the town on a farm which he purchased from Rufus Severance, Sr. This farm became the home of his grandson, Daniel L. Munroe (Monroe). He was a farmer and carpenter of industrious habits and he commanded the respect of his townsmen.
