1. | Edward Lionel Munro was born on 26 Jan 1862; died on 2 Jul 1920. Notes:
As a Lieutenant in the Royal Navy, he served with distinction in the Egyptian campaign of 1885. He was badly wounded at the battle of Gubat. He later served in the Khartoum Expedition in 1895. He was mentioned in despatches and won medals and a star. He also served in World War I in 1914 retiring as a Lieutenant Commander.
In 1887, he assumed by "Royal Licence" the additional name of Walker (Edward Lionel Walker-Munro)
His wife was the only child and heiress of Thomas Walker of Eastwood Hall, co. Nottingham.

2. | Ronald Charles Ian Walker-Munro (1.Edward1) was born on 9 Oct 1889; and died. Notes:
Ian served as a Lieutenant in the Gren. Guards. He also served in King's African Rifles in British Eash Africa 1914-19 (despatches twice).
He married his cousin, Morna Violet Munro the daughter of Sir Hugh Thomas Munro, 4th Baronet of Lindertis. They lived in Drumfork, Blacklumans, co. Perth; Rhinefield, Brockenhurst, Hants.
