| 1. |  Thomas Munro was born about 1940 in Of, London, Ontario, Canada; died in 1990. Notes:
Dr. Thomas Munro was a radiologist at the University of Western Ontario's University Hospital and he taught at the Medical School there. He served the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons for many years as an examiner for the Fellowship in Radiology. He died in 1990 of Lou Gehrig's disease. After his death, the Radiology Library at the University Hospital was dedicated to his memory.
