Notes |
- Alexander studied for the Church at Aberdeen University. He was licensed by the Presbytery of Caithness on 22 Nov 1831 and presented to Watten on 5 Dec 1836. He was ordained on 6 Apr 1837.
He left the church at the Disruption in 1843 and became a minister of the Free Church congregation in the same parish and remained there for the remainder of his life.
