- Some references call her Amelia Julia Fairchild. Julia and Joshua were married possibly in Otsego, Tioga or Cayuga County, New York.
Some references say Julia was born in Scotland.
There is only indirect proof that Julia's middle name was Almira. She signed her name as Julia A. Monro in 1818.
Julia was the daughter of Levi and Jerusha Fairchild.
She died between feb 1828 and 7 Aug 1830. It is said that she was murdered by Indians.
