• Notes

  Andrew lived in Loudoun County, Virginia. He was a Private in Captain William Bentley's Company, 3rd Virginia Regiment commanded by Col. John Neville. He later moved to Massachusetts. In 1786 he received a payment from the estate of John Monroe, Gent. which causes one researcher to believe that he may not have been a child in this family. According to Guilford, Andrew was born about 1765, lived in Loudoun County, Virginia and died in 1829.
