    • Elizabeth was a housewife and it was said of her, "she was a smart and genial lady of business and ability."

      She married Alanson Winn, the son of Moses Winn and probably Fanny (Nichols) Winn, but possibly Sally (Johnson) Winn. Both were wives of Moses Winn.

      Alanson and his partner, Edmund Sanderson, ran an express team to Boston from Winchester. After a few years, Alanson continued alone until he bought the whole business and stable where he remained until 1888 when he retired.
