      Jane Munro and Charles Assels moved to North Dakota in about 1905, where they settled on a 160 Acre homestead adjacent to Walter and Laura (Munro) de St Croix. Jane was absent from the home for long periods with mental depression, (note long gap in birth order 1894-1911) and was a patient in the North Dakota State Mental Hospital at Jamestown at the time of her death. The primary cause of death is listed as Pulmonary Tuberculosis.
