Ch. Robin and Company, and of Angelique leBroussault his widow, now supposed to be residing in the Island of Jersey; to Mary Charlotte Munro of said place, spinster of major age, 2nd daughter of the late William Johnston Munro of Caroquette, Province of New Brunswick, and of Sarah Sherar his widow, at present residing in Paspebiac. By license "in the presence of her brother and sister". Wm Day and Mary Charlotte Munro. Witnesses: William Munro (brother). John Gallie, M. BIO:1847 - DIED- William Day of Cox Township, farmer, son of the late James Day, in his lifetime Master Shipbuilder to Messrs. Charles Robin and Company at Paspebiac; found dead in his bed on the morning of April 17, aged about 33 years, and was buried April 17, 1847 at Paspebiac, Coronor's Warrant dated April --, 1847. Jas Day, Brother; William Munro, brother-in-law. ---George Milne, Clergy.
BIO:Autobiography of son William James states that his father was sent to the Isle of Jersey to be educated for the "Ministery." On the death of his father, James Day, William returned home to work and married.
