[Alexander George Forbes Munro] «i»Son of Donald Munro (1817-1866) & Margaret Macpherson; born/baptized Urquhart 1 July 1843, went with family to Australia 1848; took over Keera aged 24 on father's death; grazier, owned 35,000 acres in New South Wales, incl. Boonal, Weebollabolla, Tareelaroi; in 1909 agreed verbally with six children to partnership at will, with himself as sole manager; in 1919 entered into formal partnership agreement to transfer right, title, & interest in c. 33,501 acres to each of 4 sons and trustees for 2 daughters & their children (transferred in 1918); m. 1872 Mary Constance Hare, had nine children, including Donald, Alfred, Charles, Roland, Lilias, & Ada; d. Moru 14 November 1929.
