      [Alexander Munro] «i»Son of John Munro, miller in Balnabeen, Urquhart parish and Isobel Macleod«b» «/b»; born/baptized Knocknafanaig«b» «/b»(1 mile«b» «/b»Sw of Balnabeen), 13 March 1772; married Urquhart 6 May 1812 (?1813) Elizabeth Ross (mother Elizabeth Forbes), had six children - Donald (1817-66, went to NSW), Hugh (b. 1819), Alexander (b. 1828), and three daughters (Catherine married Wm. Urquhart, Ann married Donald Mackenzie and Christina married Andrew Ross).
