[Alexander Munro] «i»Son of Donald Munro, Ellanach, born Ellanach 24 October, 1761.Got lease of farm of Teanaird from Sir Hugh Munro of Foulis in 1790; gave evidence in Foulis case (1833) when he was 72 and tacksman of Park on Inchcoulter estate. Married 1790 (Sir Hugh Munro of Foulis as best man).
Kiltearn parish register (1761); Foulis case v 35-6; [vi 71-3], not in Andrew Ross MS Tree (1900), marriage not in Kiltearn register.
