«i»Muriel Elizabeth Benedict Webb, 76, of Midlothian, formerly of Crewe, widow of Edward G. Webb, died February 1, 2002. She was a retired employee of C&P Telephone, Plant Records Depantment. She is survived by one brother, Hunter J. Benedict; sister, Barbara K. Benedict, both of Midlothian; stepson, Gary Webb and wife, Kathy of Chesapeake; three sisters-in-law, Alice Benedict, Elsie Benedict and Eleanor DePrato; brother-in-law, Thomas I. Hood; three grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews. She was a member of the Jamestowne Society, the National Society of Daughters of 1812 Hampton Roads Chapter, Stonewall Jackson Chapter of UDC and Clan Munro. The family will receive friends Sunday from 2 to 4 p.m. at the Huguenot Chapel, Woody Funeral Home, 1020 Huguenot Rd. Graveside services will be held Monday 11 a.m. at the Crewe Cemetery, Crewe, VA.«/i»
