  BIOGRAPHY: John Dickinson Munro says on 13 July 1998, that he worked with William (probably in the late 1940's) in Wallingford, CT in his shop helping to assemble mini-grand pianos. John also said that William lived on Audubon Street in New Haven, CT, and that he probably commuted to work with him. James A. Munro Jr. (JAM Jr.) says in his letter of 24 January 1997, Extract 63, that William and Ella Munro had 2 boys that died early of tuberculosis, and one who JAM Jr. knew who was named William and JAM Jr thought he worked for the gas company. BIRTH-DEATH: The Family Tree Maker Social Security Death Index: U.S., 1937-1996, for SS# 045-07-4147 lists a William Munro with a birth date of 2 September 1893 and death date of December 1972 with a residence zip code of 18445 in Newfoundland, PA.
