    • Anna's husband, Benjamin was the boy who rang the church bell at Lexington on 19 Apr 1775, alerting the Minute Men. He was 19 years old at the time. He served as a soldier in the Revolutionary War participating at the Battle of Bunker Hill and re-enlisting Apr 1779.

      He lived in Roxbury, Vermont and was probably a farmer.
