    • Paul was the son of Paul and Sarah Dusten.

      In 1819, Paul filed a petition requestion land for his service during the war. In 1831, he proved that his father's lease on Lot 23 was signed over to him.

      Paul settled on Lots 26-27 in Sombra Twp., Kent Co. In 1838 he filed a petition requestion 60 acres of land between Bear Creek and his Lots. On 29 Oct 1839, he filed a second petition concerning the land located on Bear Creek in Sombra Twp. which he improved but didn't own. He cleared seventeen acres, planted 500 fruit trees and had one of his sons residing on it.
