- When Ina was two years old, the family moved to Clayton, Iowa, and when she was five they moved to Greeley, Iowa. She grew up in Greeley in her parents home. She graduated from Greeley High School and lied with her sister. She worked as a night switchboard operator for Bell Telephone for 27 years. She was not married.
