      Bk.3, p. 52(62); O.S. 806, Box 6

I believe the spelling problem «/i»[of the surname] «i»is a result of a newspaper advertisement
      about the probate -

      From the Washington Gazette, 4-26-1820

      Notice

This is to give notice, that the subscriber has obtained from the Orphan's Court of Washington county, in the District of Columbia, letters of administration with the will annexed on the personal estate of Hugh Stewart, late of Washington county, deceased.

      ANN STEWART, Administrix

A previous newspaper death notice in the Spectator and other papers on 11 Feb 1820, had it right -

In Washington city, Mr. Hugh Montgomery Steuart, a native of Ayrshire, Scotland, aged 67.«/i»
