- Elliott received land in Loudoun County, Virginia. His will, dated 1798, is recorded in Westmoreland County, and refers to infant children. His executors are Beckwith Butler and John Washington.
Guilford says Elliott died in 1798 before his wife gave birth to their last child, who was unnamed and died at birth. His will was dated 1798 and proved in 1800.
