| Notes |
- David operated a hardware store. He was delivering a large heavy stove in his horsedrawn wagon, when the horses shied. The wagon overturned and the stove landed on David and crushed him to death. Although the reference says he died at the age of 46, the dates of his birth and death indicate he was a few weeks short of 43.
