GEORGE MONRO, fifth of Bearcrofts, who entered the Army, and served for some time as Major in the 41st Regiment of Foot. He married Elizabeth Aylmer, with issue-- 1. George, his heir and usccessor. 2. Harry, who ultimately succeeded his brother George in the representation of the family. 3. Caroline, who died unmarried.
