  It is not certain that this is the Mary who married Elisha Cory, who was the son of Isaac and Abigail (Priest) Cory. One source thinks that Mary married Amasa Fuller. Ref: "The Monroe Book" by Dr. Joan S. Guilford - Mass. Unconnected Monroes ********** The following is from the Spencer reference: «i»Mary Munroe married Elisha Cory of Groton in Lexington on 18 Apr 1780. She is listed as Mary Munroe of Lexington in the marriage record, so I don't think she was living with her father Philip since he had moved to the Rutland / Shrewsbury area long before 1780...
