    • BIOGRAPHY: Ina Donaldson thinks that John never returned home to Scotland from the USA. From some notes provided by Jamesina Donaldson (of Mosstodloch, Moray) in a letter dated 3 December, 1997 to Margaret Price. Notes by Nancy Munro say that John owned a shoestore on Baltimore Avenue in Philadelphia and had 2 sons.
