COMMENT: This appears to be the record of the marriage of the parents of William Munro (born 13 July 1836). The location is at least reasonable, and the husband's name (except spelling of Monro) agrees with the father's name listed in the christening record for William Munro.
CONFLICTS The nameAnne Dustan, does not agree with the name of Jean Dustan Listed on William's christening record. The date of 7 July1833, is only 5 months before the birth of their first child, Margaret Munro.
MORE COMMENTS: It appears that William Munro (1810-1893) had children by Jane Macintosh, Jean Dustan and Ann Dustan. The name of Ann or Anne shows up many more times than the others. In fact, Jane and Jean show up only once each. Ann did have a sister named Jane Dustan who was born in 1812, just 2 years after Ann. We have not found any marriage records for Jane Macintosh or Jean Dustan relating to William Munro. [7]

- RESIDENCES: Ina Donaldson says in her letter to Jim and Neva Munro, dated 28 January 1998, that she doesn't know when William and Margaret Munro came to the shop at Urquhart, but Grandfather William died at Urquhart in 1891. She doesn't think they were long there, and he wasn't long ill.
