- Samuel was married in Jefferson County, Ohio in 1819, but very soon went to Brooke County, Virginia. Then in Aug 1830 he moved to Harrison County, Ohio. He lived there at least until 1868 (last deed).
At various times he lived in Brooke County, Virginia and in Hanover, Harrison, Monroe, and Belmont Counties in Ohio.
