- Henry lived in Mamaroneck, New York, and was a lawyer.
In 1830 He was Supervisor of the Town and in 1840 he married Anne Margaret Bayley, half-niece of the renowned Mother Seton.
1845 was a year of change. Margaret was born, two-year-old Henry died and the house was sold to Edward Collins, the shipping magnate. The part of the farm west of the Post Road had already been sold to Judge James I. Roosevelt.
In Sep 1854, Henry is mentioned as being at the Isthmus of Panama.
