Ref (1) says Amelia married John E. Ellis on 8 Jul 1845, but there is another Amelia H. Monroe [34089] married to a John E. Ellis. It is thought that the latter marriage is correct.
She was single in 1829 according to the Barren, Kentucky Deed Book #L p. 569.
