  When Henry was 4 years old, his family moved from Michigan to Wisconsin. He was known as a kind and cheerful man. He wrote many lovely poems including the following verse: "Under our brilliant starlit sky Dig my grave; there let me lie Glad did I live and gladly die; And I lay me down with a will."
