  Kenneth was a "Littster" in Culcairn. Ref. (2) erroneously places Kenneth as a son of William of Linside [12291]. In ref. (1), Kenneth is shown as the son of Robert of Assynt in the tree, but the text shows him to be the youngest son of John of Achany. The latter is believed to be correct.
