      The following is a transcription of RW "Billy" Munro's genealogy notes:

      [Alexander Munro] «i»Third son of Alexander Munro, Inverness (Milntown of Alness branch) and Catherine Fraser; succeeded father as representative of family; baptized Inverness 24 November 1724; presumably one of children mentioned (though not by name) in will of father's uncle Alexander (d. 1730); he is the only son named in "Munro Tree" (compiled in 1734), so presumably became representative of family after father.
