"William of Teanard married Katherine daughter to Collonel Sir Hector Munro of ffowlis by whom he had Alexr. fferqr Mr Hector &c. and a daughter Margaret married John of Achany."
"...Hector min of Watten in Caithness d Jan 1731 (Fasti vii 139, SHS Macfarlane's Geog. Coll. i 181)."
"Katherine his 3d daughter married William Munro of Teanard by whom she had Alexander Ferquhard Mr Hector John Donald George and a daughter Margaret married to Munro of Achany."
Hector studied at the University and King's College in Aberdeen, where he received his M.A. degree on 21 Sep 1701. He was apparently not married.
