| Notes |
- John "J.R." Munro was born in Rifle, Colorado, but his mother died shortly his birth. He worked with his father in his business, Munro Mercantile, until 1928 when a rift caused J.R. to take his assets and start a bank in Rifle. A year later the Great Depression forced the bank's closing, and J.R. began what would be a series of different jobs.
