    [Rev. Alexander Munro] «i»Probably born Strathhaladale; minister of Queen Street U.P. Church, Inverness; married Isabella Mclean with issue Daniel (Rev. 1814-1894), founder of Queen Street congregation, which became sole remaining fruit of the secession to N. Highlands (Small ii 646). Licensed in Edinburgh 1824 and ordained 9 July 1833 as minister at Paisley; inducted first minister of Queen Street, Inverness, 8 March 1842; died 13 December 1854, aged 67 (or 67th year of life and 30th year of ministry MI says September 8th, author (with Wm. Wood) of Gaelic booklet on Church Secession, published Inverness 1834.
