[Alexander Munro] «i»Son of - Munro, farmer at Seafield, Morayshire. A progressive dairy farmer at Citadel, Dell of Inches, Leanach & other lands; sometime president British Friesian Society, director H. & A. Society, first chairman North of Scotland Milk Marketing Board (1934), & vice-convener of Inverness County Council (member 28 yrs); presented property at Culloden to National Trust for Scotland, 1937; married. & died at Leanach, Culloden Moor , on 10 Jan 39 in 64th year, leaving 3 sons, 2 daughters.
