Error alert: There is a problem with the dates in this family. According to the references, Lyman's grandmother, Sylvia Welton was born in 1804 and Lyman was married in 1848. There just isn't enough time for a grandson to get old enough to be married in about 44 years after the birth of his grandmother.

In 1850, Lyman M. (or N.) and his wife were living in Wallingford, Connecticut. His mother was living with them.

Lyman was married twice but had no children.
