Dear Clan Munro Member,

The planned gathering of Clan Munro USA members in Missouri from October 8 to 11, 2020 has been cancelled. The Board of Directors voted to cancel the physical gathering this year due to the extensive spread of the COVID-19 virus in the ongoing national emergency. We had hoped that events would unfold such that our plans could continue with a chance of good attendance. Current realities do not support that hope. The health, safety and welfare of our members must take priority.

Our Annual General Meeting will be held using Internet tools at approximately the same date and time as previously announced. Further information will be provided with instructions on how to participate at a later date. If you have already made a reservation please call the resort and email Barbara Cantrell to cancel as soon as you are able.

Thursday October 8th

Conference Center
9:00am - 3:00pm Board Meeting Breakfast Provided
9:30am - 4:00pm Hospitality Room open - Auction items and Munro gifts for sale
9:30am - 4:00pm Check-in and packet pick up - New Member meet and greet
5:00pm - 5:30pm Cocktails with board members

Welcome party for all clan members
5:30pm - 7:00pm cash bar and hors d'oeuvres

Friday October 9th

Breakfast on your own
9:00am load buses for dogwood canyon
9:30am arrive
10:30am Tram Tour easy walk to tram
12:00pm BBQ lunch and entertainment
1:00pm - 2:00pm finish tram tour
2:00pm 1st tram leaves for BCL
2:00pm - 4:00pm horseback riding or Segway with a pre payed reservation available at park
4:00pm last tram leaves for BCL

4:30pm - 6:00pm hospitality room open (located in conference center)
Auction bidding begins Bidding closes at 6:00pm
Dinner and evening activities on your own

Saturday October 10th

9:00am - 10:00am general meeting - Breakfast provided
10:30am load bus from conference center
  - Buffalo Ridge 18 hole golf ($135pp + 6.1% tax)
  or
  - Cave tour (golf carts provided) with specialty drink at the bat bar and Top of the rock museum tour
3:30pm Load buses back to BCL
5:15pm load buses for formal dinner at Arnie's Barn Top of the rock
6:00pm Formal dinner and entertainment - Sunset bagpipes and a toast
